"I called this company to arrange for some to be taken off the bottom of my bathroom door. So it will close. When the guy answered, we agreed a price of £40.00 for work to be carried out on tuesfay 23/12/25. But he asked me to call him back tuesday morning, to agree a time. I called him as agreed. I confirmed the job and price with him again. He said he would call me back at lunchtime to agree a time. If they did'nt want the job, he should have just said. So, I could get another compay. He never called me and he didnt turn up. This is a funny way to run a business. So, consequently, I give this company a big fat zero"
