Smith Removals Ltd

"Although we didn’t use Smith Removals for our own move, the buyers of our house did, and our experience with them was outstanding. After being let down by AnyVan, who sent a truck that wasn’t large enough for all of our belongings, we were left in a very stressful situation. The team at Smith Removals went above and beyond by kindly offering to transport the remaining items to our new home completely free of charge. Throughout the day they were moving our buyers into our old house, and they were professional, polite, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their willingness to help us when they had no obligation to do so made a huge difference. Our experience showed us the real value of using a reputable, customer-focused removal company. We can’t thank the team enough for their kindness and generosity, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Smith Removals ourselves in the future. Highly recommended!"

"What wonderful, quick and safe removal. The team were on time as promised, careful and dedicated to doing a perfect job. All our belongings were treated as if they were the Crown Jewels. We were also offered storage as there was a delay between clearance and move in, this was perfect very well priced and we can’t recommend Smith Removal enough. At my age I won’t be moving too much again but if I do there is only one company I’ll be turning to. Thank you so much"

"Smith Removals Ltd team handled our house removal with outstanding professionalism from start to finish. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated all our belongings with great care. They were organised, polite, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and well‑managed. Communication was excellent throughout, and every member of the team showed genuine respect for our home and our items. Heavy furniture, fragile pieces, and personal belongings were all packed and moved safely without any issues. I highly recommend Smith Removals Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and trustworthy removal company. Their service exceeded our expectations and made our move much easier. Thank you Allan & the team kudos to you all. 😘 ⭐ 5/5 – Excellent service, highly recommended."

"Fantastic service from start to finish! 😊 We only needed a few larger items collecting from our storage unit and delivering back to our home, but we were treated as though our job was just as important as any larger move. Allan and his team were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout. I had quite a few questions before and during the process, and they were always happy to help. They took the time to answer everything patiently and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free and handled with care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future! 😊"

"I cannot fault Smith Removals! Allan was very professional and reassuring from the first telephone conversation. He and Dan, arrived promptly (prior to 0830) which was the agreed time. The van was clean and well equipped, with furniture coverings, and straps to secure and protect my furniture. They were very efficient in loading and unloading, and accommodating with my requirements. I am very grateful to have come across the Instagram account when researching removals companies. This was a long distance move, and using Smith removals provided reassurance, trust and ease! They were careful with my furniture and honestly very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend, and use their services again. Thank you so much Allan and Dan!"
