Customer Reviews
"Excellent service from start to finish. Gavin was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing lots of advice and support through the buying process, nothing was too much trouble. The tiles themselves are beautiful and I am delighted with the results."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CONMAN!⚠️ I ordered a large volume of tiles which were delivered to my house. When I came to move them there were a number broken and also cracked that quickly broke in my hands when I lifted them. They didn’t move from delivery until I personally moved them by hand. I asked for replacements to which I’ve been accused of breaking them myself - why would I go out of my way to break them when I want to use the tiles?! His response was sending me a voice note laughing at me for even considering he gave me broken tiles, what an appalling and disgusting man. No responsibility taken. He has taken my money happily and I’ve been provided with a number of tiles I can’t use. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! ⚠️"
"Absolutely delighted with my new kitchen floor using hand made terracotta tiles from Rustic Portal. Excellent quality tiles in the perfect size for my tiny kitchen (22cm x 22cm x 2cm) at a great price, I saved a lot of money buying local compared with other online companies, and delivery was completed for a very reasonable cost. The owner, Gavin, is very helpful and friendly and understood exactly what I wanted, and made suggestions for the perfect shade of tiles, as well as products to seal them before installation. I couldn't be happier with the finished result. Would highly recommend this company for good quality tiles at a competitive price."
"We recently ordered some brick slip tiles from Rustic Portal. Communication and delivery were all great. Absolutely love the product, fantastic quality for the price. Would definitely recommend."
"Gavin’s tiles are truly excellent they have worked so well in our 16th century cottage. They are very well made in a traditional way and add loads of character to our house. Gavin is also a really nice and extremely helpful guy. We used a breathable sealer which retains the pale original colour. Highly recommended."
