Peer | King Surveyors

"Would highly recommend Peer King Surveyors. Initially engaged with Peter which was wonderful and then regular communications with Samatha during the arrangement process of the inspection date. I had Daniel carry out the inspection due to the special features of the property, what a delight! A well detailed report and has since been so attentive to help should I need assistance. Thankyou to you all once again!"

"We had an excellent experience with Peer King Surveyors and would highly recommend them. They were extremely professional, approachable and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The survey report was very comprehensive, clear and thorough, and their recommendations gave us confidence in proceeding with our house purchase. Their advice was very practical and helped us understand and rectify the issues identified. We would particularly like to thank Miss Aggi Betts, who was incredibly thorough, hardworking and diligent. She was always approachable, responded as soon as she could, and made the whole process much easier for us. Overall, a fantastic service from a very professional and reliable team. We are very grateful for their support and would not hesitate to recommend them."

"I recently used Matthew Saunders at Peer King for a surveyor report and was extremely impressed with the service provided. The report was extensive, detailed, and highly informative, giving me a clear understanding of the property and any areas of concern. The entire process was efficient and easy to arrange, with excellent communication throughout. Their professionalism and attention to detail made everything straightforward from start to finish. A faultless service that I would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommended. Thank you."

"Really happy with Peer King, no hard sell, just provide the quote and wait for our instructions, then once we’d asked them to proceed, they managed to book in the survey within a couple of days. Report followed quickly and was easy to follow and understand. Would definitely recommend. Also quite a bit cheaper than some of the other quotes we received."

"I was thrilled with the service provided by Peer / King Surveyors for my RICS Level 3 survey on a Grade II listed property. Daniel Hopla, the reporting surveyor, was extremely competent and thorough. He produced a detailed, comprehensive report and went above and beyond by advising me on whether a long-standing damp proofing guarantee may have been void. This guidance ultimately helped me negotiate a reduction in the purchase price, making the service invaluable."
