"Norwich Glass replaced a very tall double glazing unit for us after a bird strike broke the outer pane. They had a deadline to fit it before we went on holiday and I'm very pleased that they managed with a day to spare."

"Contacted Tyrone as required access to accommodation following lost key. Highly recommend for an outstanding service. I had made 9 calls to other companies all of who either couldn't or wouldn't help. Within an hour Tyrone had resolved the issue. He didn't hesitate to come to our aid. He was very understanding and made sure everything was sorted. Make this your first call every time. Thank you again. Amazing service"

"I visited the company today to ask if they could replace the broken heat-resistant glass door panel to wood burning stove. To my pleasant surprise, the glass cutter informed me that he could help and agreed to cut the glass while I waited. It took about 15 minutes, and I am very pleased with the overall service I received."
