Customer Reviews
"Extensive showroom. Prompt service today."
"Excellent experience with replacing our fireplace. Non pushy sales, they leave you to look around and no pressure. Kept informed from order to installation. Installers were highly professional. They were friendly but did a great job. Totally stress free for us. You pay for what you get."
"Looking to replace electric fire & new fireplace. Tom was really helpful and knowledgeable offering advice and answering our questions. Great selection of all kinds of fires - real and otherwise. Good to be able to see the flame effects. Thoroughly recommend."
"Would strongly recommend. Very helpful when first choosing our fire in the shop, then prompt survey and measurements of where fire to be installed. Ben and colleague came to install and change our chimney cowl, as ours was not suitable for the fire. Ben then installed our fire and was very professional, informative and courteous. Explained clearly what to look for when fire used initially so that we were not worried about any smells (normal ones) etc. Excellent throughout the experience, fire works and looks great. Would definitely use again."
"Tom provided us with excellent advice about all of the various options available for our new fireplace. When an issue occurred with our new fireplace they did everything possible to get it fixed quickly. Great service."
