Norfolk Windows & Conservatories

"Almost came across this company by accident when looking to replace our brick garage's rotting side door. I approached a local bespoke joinery company who prepared a very attractive solution in hardwood for for the door and frame, but the cost was unaffordable. Next I found Norfolk Windows and Conservatories. I made an online enquiry and then was surprised when director Carl Bunn arrived on our doorstep. He was very friendly and reassuring, so I let him measure up. It seemed the adjoining window frame and sill had deteriorated markedly over time, so it made sense to include it in the job. We specified a coloured finish for the exterior of the frames and black door handles, which Carl said he could accommodate. Barely three weeks later, Carl's contractors Martin and Paul did an absolutely cracking job in half a day and our garage, with its door and window finished in Chartwell Green, look like a very smart part of the house. We look forward to them lasting many years and are happy to recommend Norfolk Windows and Conservatories unreservedly."

"I had Norfolk Windows and Conservatories in to replace rotten wooden decorative cladding on the front of my bungalow, repair a leaking skylight in my conservatory and replace broken hinges on a window. First Class service with less tha 11 days from first contact to work completed. All done at a very competitive price."

"I’ve used Carl to replace all windows and doors on my current property and also my previous property. Nothing is ever too much trouble, he’s always happy to pop in to answer any questions we may have. We’re not the easiest customers to deal with as we’re very particular about what we want, but he’ll always get the designs perfect, and that has even meant buying accessories separately to fit on site. I never have any issues recommending Carl & team."

"Needed a door fixed, the job was done within a few hours since I needed to be able to lock it. 5 star quality and great customer service. Very happy."

"I rang up to cancel an appointment and got told I was 'silly' and made to feel very small by a very rude salesman."
