"Avoid at all costs. Paid for a very expensive, level 3 survey and they missed a crack going through the gable end, floor to ceiling. The report was appalling and going through ombudsman. Photos attached, when we raised to them, the response was very unprofessional, very difficult and couldn’t have been a worse experience."
