I was grateful to receive excellent customer service and communication from everyone I came into contact with at NBK. James listened carefully to my ideas, was most personable and I was very impressed with his sound professional knowledge and diligence throughout the planning and design process. Damien arrived to start work and he was honestly the best person we could have hoped for to do our bathroom. We weren't rushed and appreciated the extra research the team did for us with sourcing items, thanks Megan!. I'm sure the other fitters are good as well but we were very happy with Lee our fitter, he turned up each day at time stated, worked so hard to keep on schedule and kept us updated at the end of every day. Lee also cleaned up throughly and was great to have around. The initial phone call with Stuart, when I rang to make enquiries, was not pushy and gave me confidence to make an appointment to learn more. "NBK completed a full bathroom renovation for me, including adding a pocket door, large walk in shower and hot water system upgrade. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish and could not be happier with the final room. No pressure at all throughout, they listened to all of my requests and completed my bathroom renovation to a very high standard. The fitter, Damien, was excellent. Regularly gave me updates and checked to make sure the room was finished just as I'd imagined and very tidy throughout. His attention to detail was fantastic, right down to planning how the tiles would line up in relation to the window and that the herringbone floor lined up with the door. I would 100% recommended NBK."
