Steve provided drawings for a beam over sliding doors for an extension, quickly correcting these when I found I had provided some incorrect information which he was very polite about. His drawings were praised by the builder (not given to praise!). Steve also provided the spec for the foundations and was a huge help sorting out misunderstandings my CNC building control on what was needed for U-values. A real bonus is that CNC Building control inspector recognised and respected Mode’s work. Overall I found Mode to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, with excellent communication and a very competitively priced service; absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending them."
