"We recently used Loads4Less to move into our new house and couldn't recommend them more. We had a lot of people telling us that booking in removals was the best money they spent in the house buying process, and after our experience we can definitely agree. Adam was great at communicating with us in the lead up to the move, responding quickly to answer any questions and keeping in touch whilst we waited for a confirmed date. Matt and the rest of the movers were super friendly and professional, working in a heatwave at a fast pace to get us moved in quickly. Will definitely use this company again in the future!"

"Due to last minute legal issues, timing of my property transaction kept changing. Adam was very supportive and understanding and flexible with timings even on the day. The driver, Ben, was also helpful and understanding and everything was delivered safely."

"We used Loads4Less to help us with a gym move, they assured us they were happy to take on the job as they had completed moves similar in the past. Discussed everything over the phone and through emails, where the kit had to be moved (upstairs and downstairs) and what had to rebuilt, cable machines, rig, etc. Once arriving in the new unit, the team refused to move equipment upstairs that had been previously discussed because it was too heavy, all the weights had been discussed in emails so the team where very aware and already agreed to the job. They also refused to rebuild the rig which had been part of the job as seen in the image of the quote below, and left early after arriving over an hour late in the morning. They broke some equipment and ripped already laid flooring. Discussed these issues with the manager and he refused to give me a partial refund for the damages caused, the work not completed and the lack of satisfaction in the job. I’ve asked to claim on the liability which I paid extra for but not provided with the details after asking several times. Don’t used this company unless you want the job to be partial completed and have to move the equipment mostly yourself."

"Terrible experience. Almost all large item were damaged in some way. They ruined antiques. Dropped a valuable print then proceeded to walk on it. Clear boot marks. They did not provide enough vans left items behind, that I had told them not to forget and worse still they refused to take any responsibility for the vast amount of damage they had done and then had the cheek to try blame us for all the damage. Bordering on criminal. Stay away from them"

"Troy and Wayne from Loads 4 Less moved me from a terrace house to a bungalow on 11/4/2026. They are the perfect double act and the perfect antidote to moving stress. I have severe mobility problems and other chronic health issues so they came packed, moved and upacked. Who knew moving could be such fun. They had me laughing my head off whilst they conducted the move with efficiency, professionalism and great attention to detail. I felt like a queen as they showed so much empathy and understanding regarding my health and mobility that they made me sit on the sofa with my leg up while they worked sround me. They troubleshot problems instantly and their obvious skill and expertise was visible. At my new house they got me back sitting on the sofa within 5 minutes. I feel they went above and beyond whats expected and set my bedroom and living space out perfectly. My daughter loved the way my clothes were packed so they just lifted out on hangers. Overall Loads 4 Less provided an excellent and very reasonable priced service. The pre move visit from Adam was really helpful and meant he could give detailed information to Troy and Wayne.
