"It's always important to get quotes before u accept any job at least 3 to make sure you don't get ripped off. That's what we did so we did not book him as it was too much money. he still came to our home. He said we had to pay even though we had not booked him he would invoice us for a wasted trip. Rang non emergency police who reassured me I did not have to pay. Locked door. Not good to try and rip people off and intimidate them."

"Had these guys come to empty a garage. Due to work schedule I had to be absent during removal. They spilled several tins of paint all over the driveway and walked through it, leaving paint footprints on my porch and driveway. Additionally did not remove everything as agreed. Finally they called me at work and demanded more money once they arrived or else they wouldn't do anything. Gave 2 stars since they did indeed remove about 70% of the agreed rubbish, but left me with about £500 in damages (quote from 2 paint removal guys) and £150 in rubbish to be hauled away (paid for that to happen)."

"One star – £100 refund not returned I really don’t like leaving negative reviews as I know how damaging they can be to a small business, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others don’t lose money as I have. I was originally quoted a price and told that if there was less to move on the day, the job would be cheaper. Despite this, I was asked to pay the higher amount upfront before the booking was confirmed, which I did. On the day, there was indeed less to clear, and I was explicitly told I would receive a £100 refund. Unfortunately, this refund has never been received, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, they have stopped responding to my messages entirely. I gave plenty of opportunity for this to be resolved privately. Sadly, it hasn’t been, I’m leaving this review so this hopefully doesn’t happen to anyone else."
