Cleaning Queen Norfolk

"Absolute life savers! Having a busy household juggling work and kids means I have very little spare time to keep the house as nice as I'd like myself. My cleaner is polite and friendly and turns up on time each week and just takes the pressure off. The office team are are helpful too. Thanks guys xx"

"Booked a clean a month in advance. Was sent a text four days before stating that it was going to be a different day because the cleaner i'd booked 'wasnt working next week'. With absolutely no apology or explanation as to how they'd book me in with a cleaner that wasn't working."

"People on phones and admin were very nice. The cleaners they provide were unreliable and just not good at their job. Recently moved to Norwich and have always had a weekly or bi-weekly cleaner it’s been amazing and very low stress. Unfortunately since moving here we have had no luck. Tried cleaning queen and was disappointed, had a cleaner that started and was okay, definitely not to the standard I’ve been used to but fine, that person’s schedule changed after 2 cleans and they offered us an 8pm time slot or a new cleaner. Obviously we chose the new cleaner, that was a disaster, this cleaner seemed frazzled and overwhelmed by the notion of cleaning someone’s home and in two hours did what would have taken me 45 minutes leaving behind dishes and the rubbish, while also making me feel guilt that my house was in such a state (based on her reaction to my home). We also had cleaners just miss scheduled cleanings which is annoying as you’ve spent your morning planning around them. After all this we still tried to just tell the company she would not work out for us and that we’d be open to another cleaner but they basically dropped us no offer to find us someone else just, that’s what we’ve got and bye. So I don’t recommend."

"due to managing two physical wear n tear injuries my cleaning was too much , Nicola was lovely professional and polite and gave the rooms a great clean in the timeframe she had ."

"I used Cleaning Queen temporarily for a month following a broken ankle. They are efficient, caring, friendly and nice. My cleaner Sydney was a pleasure. Their rates are fair. I would recommend them for any cleaning needs and I will definitely use them again for larger cleaning jobs."
