AC Leigh

"If you need a key cut this is the place to come. There’s a guy who works in the key cutting department who’s like some key Guru,he knows everything, anything he doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing. On several occasions when I’ve took keys to lesser places to be cut I’ve been told “not possible” or “can’t be done” and so on but that’s because they are not the guru.On several occasions I’ve took these type of keys in and he’s managed to cut one that works.I needed a key for my motorcycle panniers,I took the spare key in which he said was an unusual key and if possible could I bring the panniers in and he’d make the key to fit the lock,30 minutes later and it was done, same service again today with another unusual key and they don’t even charge that much considering the time spent for this kind of service."

"I am a very happy at the level of professionalism and capability of the team at A.C. Leigh. We have enjoyed years of Quid-Pro-Quo work (usually from their Colchester branch). However, when I found myself in Norfolk and desperately needing a double-bitted safe key cut ASAP, I chose the correct team to help with it. This is definitely the place to go for help with your security needs. A wealth of experience. Well done Keith and team!!"

"Experienced and knowledgeable. Helped me out with a front door key barrel. Told me how to fit it and saved me a call out fee."

"I needed a spring for a door handle yep they had one and even kindly fitted it! Wow what super service this shop is a real gem we must use it because losing it would be a great loss. Thank you very much again and the people are also very nice 👍"

"Visited looking for a part. They didn't have the right size but had a think and found a solution. Good old fashioned customer service that you don't get online. Very much appreciated."
